#QOTD – What is the weirdest thing you’ve done in the name of books?
Back in high school, our library used to have some wonderful editions of classic English literature works. We had Wuthering Heights by Emily Brontë as part of our IB English coursework. And this copy of the same was available in the library. This is a vintage hardback edition from the Wordsworth Classics, and it is so gorgeous!
I loved this edition so much so that I borrowed this book and reported it lost, and paid the minimum fine and kept it! It has been twelve years, and since then I have moved three cities in two countries, and I still have it with me! It still has my school library’s stamp on it!
If you’ve got a short, funny anecdote about the weirdest thing you’ve done in the name of books, I invite you to hop in and share in the comments!
