Review | Don’t Look Now by Daphne du Maurier

#QOTD – Have you missed out any of your favourite writer’s books?

Daphne du Maurier is my most loved author. When I first read The Scapegoat, I was blown away! And of course, Rebecca is an all time favourite for me. But with the number of works, she has written, I think I have missed out quite a few.

Don’t Look Now is a collection of some very creepy short stories. The first story, which was, Don’t Look Now, completely freaked me out! All the other stories in the collection were equally thrilling, but Don’t Look Now made chills go down my spine. If you want to read a shocking finale, you should pick this up! Du Maurier knows how to hold one’s attention. It’s very difficult to foresee her plots.

The only story which I would say was not up to the mark was The Way of the Cross. It was a little bland for the collection.
