Hi book-wormies!
Here is my beige stack of love. There is something about beige books – They make my mind calm.
I am loving the #sixbookcolourchallenge
This challenge is fun, although trying to find 6 covers of the same colour is not easy!
So lets see what do we have here –
44 Scotland Street by Alexander McCall Smith – You know that time when you just like the cover and don’t judge the book at all. This is one of those. Such a pretty cover but the story line was vague.
The Handmaid’s Tale by Margaret Atwood – One of those reads which make you ponder about life from a different perspective.
Dozakhnama by Rabisankar Bal – Conversations in Hell between Manto and Ghalib. Need I say more?
City of Djinns by William Dalrymple – Travelogues are always close to my heart. This one made me fall in love with Delhi once again.
Villette by Charlotte Brontë – Haven’t read this yet. In my TBR!
Little Women by Louisa May Alcott – My childhood favourite – For it taught me not to be afraid of storms, as long as I can learn how to sail my ship.
Loving these colors in my life now. Take care! 🥰
