Finished with this humongous read.
I have a little journal for all the classic reading that I do. These books have huge plots with an array of characters, and after some time it gets difficult to keep track.
So to enjoy every bit of it, I do a character mapping and make small notes when required! That just makes sure that I grasp a little more.
How do you read your classics? Do you also make notes or are you a free reader?
Sometimes, I do make notes !

This is a very cool idea! I think it would be great to use this strategy of keeping track of the characters when reading great Russian literature; much of the Russian literature I’ve read have so many characters and personalities it’s hard to keep straight.

I absolutely agree! Russian literature is vast and it does help to have a little journal or notebook to take notes in!
